i felt it a lot on my obliques and abs, too!
at one point i rested a little, and I said to myself, “if you can power through these last reps starting at when she gets to 7, you can handle a triathlon” and guess what? I did the last 7 without stopping. Then, to make up for the ones that I rested during, I did 5 or 6 more reps. :D That whole, “Your legs are not giving out. Your head is giving out. Keep going.” quote is the DAMN TRUTH.
Only watched 4:44 of it and already know I am SO doing this tomorrow!
BTW anyone know the song? She’s doing it to the beat of the song (:Wow. Can’t feel my legs!

Today, I didn’t snack as much even though I still ate kind of unheathily. Tomorrow I shall escape into the world of Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark.
First summer of my life over the age of 9 that I would like to wear a swimsuit and not feel disgusting.
I want to wear cute dresses, short dresses, long dresses, shorts, tank tops, etc.
I want to be summer ready.

Just finished Day 4 of Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred. I did level one Saturday and level two Sunday&Monday. I didn’t workout Tuesday or Wednesday. Yesterday I rode horses in my lab, but I also ate a shit ton of pizza. It showed today when I was working out and I couldn’t keep up as well as I did Monday. I took a 5 minute break, but I tried to do all the harder moves (although I couldn’t go as far down in the lunges because I hurt my leg this morning).
We played outside today! A lot of the same pictures, but he doesn’t keep still for very long.
